I wanted to start by thanking your entire coming for it’s overwhelming action taken yesterday on Highway 1. I was stuck on the side of the road as many others were, I was able to watch the incredible service of your company while waiting for my turn, not only were your drivers towing people but they were physically going out of there way to push stuck cars as needed, helping people and the flow of traffic behind them. I was communicated with very well as I waited, which was not very long considering the line up of cars needing to cleared. I honestly can say it wasn’t a fun situation for anyone but the fact your company made me a priority picked my car up with another truck was incredible and meant a lot. The service I received when my car was taken to my home was absolute above and beyond. I want to thank Cam the driver for the exceptional job you do. You went the extra mile, which you didn’t have to do. Your number one priority was my safety and all drivers safety which your company displayed last night.
